Our low-cost, regional approach allows exhibitors to reach retailers on both coasts and throughout the middle of the country.

CABDA WEST
January 10 & 11, 2024
Ontario Convention Center
Los Angeles Metro Area
Launched in 2019, CABDA West was our first expansion event. Our first show in California drew 400 bike shops and our most recent event grew that to over 650 retail locations. For 2024, we're anticipating even more growth!
Located walking distance to local hotels, under 2 miles from the Ontario International Airport, and within a two hour drive of a thousand independent bicycle dealers, we have big plans for the continued expansion of our West Coast event!
Our venue features a bright and airy convention hall, space for bike demos, multiple breakout rooms and meeting spaces, networking opportunities, and great social events to help you better connect with new and existing customers.
CABDA MIDWEST
February 7 & 8, 2024
Schaumburg Convention Center

Launched in 2015, CABDA Midwest is our largest and longest running event. From a small beginning in a converted barn, CABDA Midwest has grown to occupy the 100,000 square foot Schaumburg Convention Center, located outside Chicago. Drawing attendees from over 800 retail stores in 2023, we're anticipating even more attendees in 2024!
Sharing a building with the Renaissance Hotel, our Midwest show puts everyone under the same roof for two days of industry excellence! Just 15 minutes from O'Hare International Airport and immediately off the I-90 Expressway, our venue is incredibly easy to get to!
Our venue features a large and easy to access convention hall, an indoor demo track, multiple breakout rooms and meeting spaces, networking opportunities, and numerous opportunities to connect with customers.
CABDA EAST
March 6 & 7, 2024
Meadowlands Expo Center
New York City Metro Area
Launched in 2020, CABDA East is our newest and fastest-growing event, located in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Walking distance to multiple hotels and restaurants, our East Coast show draws attendees from bike shops all over the Mid-Atlantic region and New England, but especially from NY, NJ, and PA. In 2023, we welcomed attendees from over 600 bike shops, and we're planning on shattering that number in 2024!
Just 20 minutes from Newark International Airport and multiple major roadways, our location takes advantage of New York City...but without parking headaches!
Easy load-in/out, an indoor demo track, breakout rooms and meeting spaces, networking opportunities, and numerous social events designed to make it simple to connect with your bike shop customers.
